A close friend went to the doctors about a dog, and pain in his foot. Apparently he got told ‘The dog’s fine, but you might lose your foot.’

This is his journey that he kindly let me upload here to prevent it being lost to the depts of Facebook.

Day 1 in D9 – 28 Dec 2009  First of my daily diary entries from the fun-filled land of the Chemotherapy Ward. Nice.

Day 2 in D9 – 29 Dec 2009 Today can mostly be described as Ouch.

Day 3 in D9 – 31 Dec 2009 I am human 2.0

Day 4 in D9  – 2 Jan 2010 Bed goes up. Bed goes down.

Day 5 in D9 – 2 Jan 2010 Cancer drives an Audi.

Day 6 in D9 – 22 Jan 2010 It’s true, nurses love a bear.

Day 7 in D9 – 23 Jan 2010 The nurses have started hiding the papier-mâché tubs.

Day 8 in D9 – 24 Jan 2010 And that’s all I really have to say about that….

Day 10 in D9 – 13 Feb 2010 One of the first and most important jobs is shaving off any stragglers.

There is no day 11. Well, there was, and many other days after that until the evil was defeated and eradicated, it just wasn’t documented due to, you know, life.
